I hired A to Z Tauveli Landscaping to fix my sprinkler system, the owner Dan visited my place and told me the valves and diaphrams are bad and that needs to be replacedWe agreed on a price of $
The following day, Dan and his team member did the work and it took about hour (I had to spend a lot of time making him understand what the problem is, usually the technicians quickly understands just by seeing at site - in Dan's case that doesnt seem to be the case)Finally he left informing me the issues are resolved - he showed me one station working that wasn't working previously
Next day - I noticed other station that were previously working are not working and the one of the leak is back
After couple phone calls he sent a guy when I was not home and declared everything fine, I came home and found the leak has been fixed but the station is still not working
Called back Dan, he promptly agreed to come and take a look, this time he checked the system and said the valve is faulty and he demanded $to fix, my request to include this work in the previously paid $was turned down
So here I am - paid $for simple sprinkler problemI think they overcharged me in the first place and the second payment of $was totally a rip off
I think there is a serious skill issue within his team, they don't seem to know what they are doing with the sprinkler system, I strongly discourage anyone planning to hire A to Z Tauveli for sprinkler system work

Finally he left informing me the issues are resolved - he showed me one station working that wasn't working previously.

Excellent work. Complete a sidewalk and driveway in cobblestone and remove a palm tree. Looks beautiful. Finished in two days as promised, cleaned up, and no damage.
