Review: I took my vacuum cleaner in because the wheel seems like it was falling off the handle was shaking from side to side and my vacuum cleaner would not push across the carpet I told them I wanted to know how much it would cost to get fixed because I was not going to spend a lot of money I would buy a new vacuum if it was too expensive to fix they said it would only cost about $40 so I said fine fix it I picked it up the same day when I took it home it ran the same exact way I called them by then took the vacuum cleaner back and they looked at it again and said this time it would cost over $100 it was the wheel like I told them and the whole bottom of the vacuum would need to be replaced and it would be over $100 more to get it fixed they said we will refund your $42.35 or call Panasonic and see if it's covered under warranty then we can fix the whole thing and refund your money I did that Panasonic would not cover it under warranty they back in cleaner place had my back in for over a month when I demand it my vacuum back and my refund they would only give me my vacuum and said sorry whoever told you we would refund your money for the vacuum cleaner that is not fixed was lying they can't do that and we won't refund your money because we did repair something on your vacuum it does not run and has the same problem that I brought it in there for it will not push the cross my carpet because the wheel is broken that was the original problem I told them that I showed them that they did not fix it and now will not refund my money but want over $100 more to repair my back in correctlyDesired Settlement: I would like a cash refund that is how I paid for the repair and the vacuum cleaner was not fixed what I told him was wrong with it is still wrong with it
