I am rejecting this response because:*** *** either worked for or was a partner in TNC when he did our deck coating the first time in and this deck coating failed as well. *** *** recoated our deck in the Fall of 2015....we are not sure if he still was a partner, owner or employee of TNC at this time. We were of the understanding that he took over TNC as *** *** left the company. Regarding the "severe hail damage" that is absolutely not true. We had some minor hail damage that occurred in 2014 on the wood caps of our railing that goes around the deck and our insurance adjustor looked at this. Even IF the "severe hail damage" statement were true it would not be relevant as we hired *** *** in the Fall of (after the supposed "severe hail damage") to recoat our deck after the first coating from failed. At that time the wood caps from the deck railing were removed and sanded to bare wood and *** *** recoated them as well. They are peeling and cracking along with the rest of our deck. We are disappointed that *** *** would accept our $for the deck coating he was hired to do and, when it started peeling before months was over, now refuses to do anything to remedy this poor work. We have tried to work with him to resolve this issue and he refuses to stand behind his work and his word that he gave us multiple times in 2016, in writing, that he would repair his work. Sincerely,

Sorry just found this in my spam folder. TNC was not involved in this job at all, the [redacted] hired [redacted] Decks to coat there deck directly and did not involve TNC in any way. I do know there deck was severely hail damaged and had to be repaired but do not know the details from there, please remove...
