A Total Tan

FumingTho' I know I'm feeling sensitive and could have handled things better, I was still wrongedMy first mystic (never a good experience)tan for the season, was a no goBought a package and then couldn't even get the spray tan because the place where the spray is inserted has bent or brokenWaiting nearly an hour to try and fix and communicate with owner, still no luckA good owner in the face of good customer service, does something to smooth things over but all I asked was a phone call to let me know when it was fixed, so that I could come backNo callSo already having a bad experience, I had an event in AZ to plan forI bought a tanning packageA couple times coming in to tan, the staff felt it was more important to carry on their conversations instead of check me InThe beds were not doing anything but I persistedweeks later I noticed I was tanning but not my shoulders and asked if they had a stand upI then purchased another package to try and use thatIt was workingI decided to do a spray tan for one last effort to tan before hopping on a plane in the morning The ceiling dripped water from the ceiling leaving me spottedI showed the girlShe said she would leave a message for the owner to comp the tanI thought, that would be nice and maybe put things back on an even keelIt is so convenient and close to my home is why I stuck it out this farThen, today!!!!! Dare I mention this to the owner, who happened to be their todayhe says: let me get this right, you want a free tan? Uh, yeaI was treated like some kind of criminalHe said, I would have to see itWell, that was last week and as stated to the girl, I was gonna have to shower and scrub off because I was leavingMeanwhile, I am in so much pain from my car accident that I have no tolerance for his ignorance that I let the girl check me into a stand up that I could not tolerate Now I just want a refund of what I have left because I will not be back to a place that treats people so awful and not even try to gauge the situation MrClueless should work in his institution more often to know how bad this place sucksMy anger has subsided and I'm left with only tears
