In regards to above mentioned complaint. I guess I am a little confused as to the nature of the complaint. After receiving Mr. * complaint from the Revdex.com, in which I was not aware there was even aproblem, I decided to call the client to find out what had happened. According to his complaint to theRevdex.com...

he tried using a Gift Certificate with no number on it and also stated it was purchased back in 2014.He stated that because it had no number on it we would NOT allow him to use it. When I called Mr. * Iasked him to send me a copy of the gift certificate in question so that I could research it. This was backon December 24th at 10:20 am. I finally received a copy of the gift certificate in question today,December 28th , with an email from him asking to use the certificate for something other than amassage because his wife doesn't like massages. After reviewing the Gift Certificate I found it waspurchased back in 2009 and DOES have a gift certificate number on the gift certificate. So again I'm notsure why the client would make up false information. As stated on the Gift Certificate there is NOEXPIRATION so his wife's gift certificate is still valid to use regardless of the date of purchase. Wehowever do not give refunds as stated on the gift certificate but she is more than welcome to convertthis to cash value and use towards other services. Since we are always running specials for our clientsyou can't guess on the value of a gift certificate based on what other places are charging. According tothe second letter I received Mr. * already forwarded a copy of the Gift Certificate to you so I have notattached a copy. I hope this resolves this issue. Thank you for your time.
