I was very specific on the phone when I scheduled my appointment- I asked for only the interior of the car to be cleaned. when I went to pay my bill, which I was aske to do over the phone as the business decided to close early (at 4- scheduled to close a 6pm) I asked why the charges were higher than what I was quoted. I was mistreated by the employee and so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager did not answer my phone call and I was left on hold for 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the car, I explained the circumstances to the manager and she said you already signed you invoice and showed my a piece of paper. When I dropped off the car, I was asked to sign a waiver, which did not have pricing in it. Of course, when she showed me the paper when I came to pick up the car, it had a price written in. I think this was a hoax to get more money out of me. I recieved to apology or a thank you for my services. the manager and the employee cointued to embarass me by talking loudly to me until I left the building. It was a humiliating experience and my floor mats were not returned to my car.
