Horrible Service!!!! I was drawn to Touch of Class Catering Service by the website. The owner Betsy M[redacted] - H[redacted] did not follow through on her service for my daughter's graduation event. The food was horrible and when I tried to get in touch with to let her know, she sent me an email apologizing and said she would reimburse me $200.00 in compensation and would send my daughters picture back to me. I do not know why she would be so mean and hold on to my daughter's picture. After that email I never heard from her. Not only was the service horrible, but she did not follow through. My daughter's picture was given to her to be drawn on the graduation cake. Betsy told me when I arrived at the event, her baker did not have time to draw her picture open the cake, so she placed the actual picture on top of the cake. That was very unsanitary and non-caring. I will never do business with her again nor would I recommend anyone to her service. She is not an honest person as she portrays to be, but GOD knows all and sees all. She will lose more than she took from me. Her website is very deceiving!
