A Touch of Class Landscape and Masonry

I signed a contract with [redacted], owner of [redacted] and [redacted] for th* landscaping of my yard including installation of underground drains around th* house, landscaping plus seeding of yard, installation of beds around yard, and installation of front walkway. I paid $1,800 up front (half of contract price). Th* project was suppos* to tak* 4-5 days as written in th* contract. Almost 3 months hav* transpired of constantly calling to try to get this individual to work on my property. H* and his workers showed up a total of 4 days, did very littl* work in th* contract. Th* underground drains wer* not completed, th* walkway was not installed, no seeding was completed, th* landscaping of th* yard and installation of th* beds wer* not completed. Inferior sand from a hous* near th* beach was used by him to start th* landscaping and th* beds. Finally enough was enough. I hired another landscaping and had over 50 yards of proper loam trucked in by [redacted] so that th* new landscaper could properly landscap* th* yard and install th* beds. I purchased th* walkway pavers from Lowe's and my uncl* and m* installed th* walkway ourselves.
