This company does not take no for an answerI paid to receive a newspaper from them, and didn't receive itThen, I kept getting charged for a paper I never received at my new addressI called a representative and she said they would refund me for months, and I'm still waiting on the refund (it has been months)They call me multiple times a day, even after I tell them to stop calling meHorrible company!
The contract for this business does not require a signing party for the business. They provide no receipts for deposits; and the do not make monetary refunds. I contracted with [redacted] to find a limo service for my daughter and her friends to her senior prom. After signing the contract, I waited a week and inquired as to which company Ms. [redacted] had booked our limo; she told me no company it was parked in her garage. When I asked for a receipt so that I could see what the total costs would be, she never supplied one.If you read the Albany Times Union online blog of "The Advocate" of 5/10/12, you will see the number of unsatisfied customers that this business has had over the years.Finally, she will not refund my money--despite having done nothing for me.
