Yes, I am satisfied with the response as long as the company follows through. If refund isn't received by August 1st, 2016 I will be filing a report and taking them to court, which will end up costing them more because I will ask for FULL refund and for the company to pay the court fees. I do feel I would win, seeing as they have agreed to refund. Please let the company know, August 1st is the deadline.
