I am rejecting this response because: I did give him the opportunity to come and correct the various problems, and issues that I had, but he did not respond to my texts to do soOn the 26th I even told him, I would give him another chance, and he did not respond Due to his lack of response I had to hire another painter to mop up the mess Mr [redacted] left for meI asked for 1/the amount it is going to cost me to pay for the painter to correct the poor job, that is clear to see I had the painter take pictures, and add a narrative to each issue He forfeited his chance to make this right, so I had to hire someone elseI can take this, and every bit of information to AG's office and see if after reviewing the information they agree, that the work was sub-standard, and his actions were unprofessionalI am being extremely fair to Mr [redacted] in only asking half of what it is going to cost me, instead of the full amountMr [redacted] , could not control his employee, or show respect to my home or meI intend to pursue this further, if he refuses to negotiate with me

First of all the customer chose not to have me come back and fix the wall she says had brush marksShe wanted to be paid back for that wall which was $She cashed the checkShe also wanted me to pay for cleaning after I had responded abut the wallI tried to contact her about fixing problem
but all she wants is money
