A Touch of Landscapes

Last Fall (2012) we hired A Touch of Landscapes to seal our concrete patio / walkway / pool area. Soon afterward the concrete became a white ashy color (we have colored and stamped concrete so it is VERY noticeable). I called the company and they advised me to call back in the Spring 2013. I called in the spring and someone came out to take a look. They agreed that it looked bad, but thought it just needed to be washed and asked if I had a power washer. I do not so I let him know that A Touch of Landscapes needed to come out and fix the discoloration. He said he would check the schedule and get back with me. A couple months passed, we called them a few times, no reply. Then on the 4th of July, my husband slipped and fell into the pool, A Touch of Landscapes was suppose to apply Gator Grip with the sealer, we immediately called A Touch of Landscapes, and insisted that they come out and fix our concrete. They have not even returned our call. This company was referred to us by a reputable concrete company. We are frustrated and want the issue resolved.
