This review is for East Charlotte Nissan's sales agent Tom R [redacted] I bought a Altima from this location and paid for Certified Pre-owned on April 21, After I signed the paperwork and paid down payment, I was told by this dealer that there's only one car key, and that I can buy the second one for $if I want toWell, certified pre-owned cars should come with two car keys and I shouldn't have to buy the second one This month, when I had to service this vehicle, I discovered that actually this car did not come with floor mats either! When I contacted agent Tom R [redacted] who sold me the car for the missing floor mats, he simply told me these are expense Nissan floor mats and they cost $for the setWhen I followed up with him about this couple times later, he just flat out ignored me In addition to the missing dampers on the two front breaks rotters that they did fix for this "certified" vehicle after I got second opinion from another shop, it's appalling how a Nissan dealer can "certify" a Nissan vehicle with missing pieces like theseThey're trying to be cheap and cut corners, but I'm sorry, they have completely lost me as a customer in the future My piece of advice: ask if the "certified pre-owned" car has two or one car keys, check floor mats, scratches and other minor items upfront before negotiating priceWhen they deny you responsibilities for defects, take your vehicle to a third party for second opinionThat's what I had to do to have East Charlotte Nissan fix the rotters problem on the "certified" Altima that they sold meI'm happy with my Altima so far, but this dealer is a sham

I received and advertisement in the mail from them, I called, and asked questions to see if what they were saying in the advertisement was true and accurateI explained the negative equity I had in my present car loan, and what my credit score was They said they could still work that out, with all the Dealer Incentives and Rebates, and the many banks and finance companies they deal with, this would be no problemI told them that the car had just been appraised, so I had a pretty good idea what its value is, I told them for how much and by whom it was appraised They said they need to see the car themselves Fair enoughI asked if I could do the finance application before I got there, to make sure it was a doable dealI didn't want waste my time or their'sThey said sure, so I was directed to complete and online application., I was told be the sales manager, he would call me as soon as he got an answer back, which he said would only take minutesI then received several calls from different sales people asking when was I coming in., I asked each of them what was going on with the financing questions I had They told me financing was not an issues, to just come in and finish the purchaseKnowing it could not be that easy, I called the Sales Manager that I had spoke with- No answer or return callI called the sales person I had given all my information to, two days later, she called me backand said everything was fine, what I was asking was doable, to purchase with out putting any money down, and my payments would be in the area I advised them was my limit, she said that would be based on appraisal of my vehicleWell I told her okay, and to please not waste my time, that it was a minute ride for me to get to the dealership, and I appreciate her not wasting my time with lies, and misleading information, she assured me this was the real deal, and she was being completely honestWell, when I Arrived at the dealership, I gave my name, which the enter into a computer that comes up on a large screen for everyone to see, I didn't like thatThen and annoying sales person is sent to serve me, I asked where the female I had been talking to was, he said she was with a customer- A lie, I later found out she doesn't take customers, because shes only the online connection I asked for a different sales person, which they gave meI explained to him I had given all my information to this lady,(I gave her name) he began asking me the same questions I had answered for herI then found out, they only did a per- financial inquiry, and they decided they wanted $4000,to $as a down paymentI told them that wasn't what was told to me on the phoneI told them they were deceptive, and their advertised was and misleadingI left very disappointedIs it really necessary to be that deceptive to sell a car?

I took my 2009 nissan maxima to east charlotte nissan to have my transmission checked for leaks. They tild me that the front pump seal need to be repaired and that the cost would be 2700. So I took the car back to [redacted] where the transmission was installed. And found that the transmission pump was not leaking. They also removed the dust cover off put a camera thru the torque converter are and showed me it was dry as a bone. This cost me travel gas 2 days in a hotel and lost wages because I trusted what they said. The service manager also told me that the car dis not have a transmission dipstick. I had to show him that it did and he works for the nissan dealer. I spent 500 dollars in expenses and they refused to at least help me wirh my expenses. I am yery dissatisfied. I do plan to go to the news media so this wont happen to anyone else.

This review is for East Charlotte Nissan's sales agent Tom R[redacted]. I bought a 2014 Altima from this location and paid for Certified Pre-owned on April 21, 2016.

After I signed the paperwork and paid down payment, I was told by this dealer that there's only one car key, and that I can buy the second one for $150 if I want to. Well, certified pre-owned cars should come with two car keys and I shouldn't have to buy the second one.

This month, when I had to service this vehicle, I discovered that actually this car did not come with floor mats either! When I contacted agent Tom R[redacted] who sold me the car for the missing floor mats, he simply told me these are expense Nissan floor mats and they cost $150 for the set. When I followed up with him about this couple times later, he just flat out ignored me.

In addition to the missing dampers on the two front breaks rotters that they did fix for this "certified" vehicle after I got second opinion from another shop, it's appalling how a Nissan dealer can "certify" a Nissan vehicle with missing pieces like these. They're trying to be cheap and cut corners, but I'm sorry, they have completely lost me as a customer in the future.

My piece of advice: ask if the "certified pre-owned" car has two or one car keys, check floor mats, scratches and other minor items upfront before negotiating price. When they deny you responsibilities for defects, take your vehicle to a third party for second opinion. That's what I had to do to have East Charlotte Nissan fix the rotters problem on the "certified" Altima that they sold me. I'm happy with my Altima so far, but this dealer is a sham.

phenomenal customer service, I enjoyed the whole process. Mostafa did a great job and the GM Mr. M* was the most honest and professional customer service I ever experienced in my life . I would definitely recommend East Charlotte Nissan
