A Touch of Yellow

On January 31, 2014 we order the [redacted] Milk Chocolate Expression for someone who fell and broke her leg. As of today, Tuesday, February 11, she has not received the [redacted]. We have made several attempts to the owner of A Touch of Yellow. We telephone on Friday, February 6, Saturday, February 7; and again this morning. We were told that the [redacted] Milk Chocolate would be deliver on February 6th, then again it would be deliver on February 10th. It was explained that the item was coming from [redacted]. The owner has never reached out to give us a status after several calls to her; she has never said anything about making the situation right; money back, substitute the order, absolutely nothing. All we want is our money returned, so we can purchase from another vendor, certainly not A Touch of Yellow. I have also composed a letter to the President, [redacted] of [redacted], regarding this horrible situation.
