I have tried to work with this company on numerous occasions. [redacted] will get my information and will never call me back as promised. My husband and I are trying to book a cruise for our Anniversary. I have been working with [redacted] on the cruise which had an offer for 50% the deposit for a limited time. I called him on July 1st to make my payment for the deposit and he told me he would call me back because he was out of the office. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. This is not the first time that this same issue has happened with him. He never returns calls when promised which is unprofessional. Now instead of paying $300 for the deposit, I will end up having to pay $600 which is unfair to me because I called to pay. I talked to a few people about the company who also informed that he has done the same to them. I should not have to FOLLOW UP with a company who wants my business.Desired SettlementI want the same offer that I was promised, 50% off of my deposit. Now they are saying I have to pay $600 because the offer is gone instead of the $300 originally offered when I began to book.
