I'm writing in response to this complaint.This is a false statement the parent has complained about our school.The staff never attempted to hit her child at all nor was her child in any danger from this teacher all of our teachers are screened and finger printed. We also do references on...

The parent has access to a camera and was watching and contacted me days later that she saw a incident  on camera we carefully reviewed camera and fast forward the movements and it did look exaggerated from fast forward so later on we slowed motion down and it was not as what it seemed.I respected the parent wishes and I separated the teacher into a different class I didn't  realize that my assistant director told the teacher to relieve the other teacher for a break so the teacher was told not by me by my assistant to go in class.The employee is no longer with my company but do to fulltime school hours.The parent took child out of school because her husband was going on a job leave and would then be at home to be a fulltime nanny and needed the money.This family is trying to justify something that did not even happen and wants to be compensated for money that was owed to us. Our policy states that if you are leaving the school that we need a two week notice.However because I have had a good relationship with the family , there were so many days I have given free weeks out of consideration when the daughter was out  sick.I'm willing to give the one week for refund of $165.00out of consideration. she came to school one whole week and two days. I think its unfair what she is doing. and asking for $350.00 is very wrong.I just don't want my business posted for negative it seems this is everyone intentions to harm me and I do all that I can to help these families.
