We explained to the customer that we have types of finishflat black semi-gloss black high gloss black the customer said at first that the wife requested flat black, then the husband came back one hour later and requested semi-gloss The wheels were finished in days and the work is as requested semi-gloss finish The wife then stated she wanted a 40% gloss and we explained to here that there is no such thing as 40% gloss or 30% gloss or 20% gloss or 7% gloss its not done that it only types of finish Customer does not understand that we can't do 40% gloss it does not exist
