Complaint taken over phone by Revdex.com Staff - Contacted company Sunday March 30. Keys were locked in a van at his business. Phoned company at about noon. Gave his debit card number for $75 charge. The company would respond in an hour or hour and one half. Called the company back within twenty minutes of making the call to cancel service. The Parma police had opened the van. Company would not issue refund.
