I hired *** (A True Love Story Photography) to be my wedding photographer on Nov. 9, 2019. I paid *** (***) $798 in exchange for 350-650 edited photos to be delivered 3 weeks after the event via a CD in the mail. This is specified in the contract that I signed with him. He arrived 30 minutes late to the wedding, and as of nearly 2 months after the event he has not delivered a single photograph. Repeated attempts to contact him via phone, text, email, and Facebook message had resulted in two responses from him. *** responded to a text one month after the event to say that the pictures would be ready that weekend. Pictures were never delivered. After repeated attempts to contact *** again, he finally responded that the photos would be ready by Christmas. Pictures were still not delivered. He has not responded to any texts, emails, or phone calls since December 9th.

Delivery As the photographs are of my wedding day, my ideal solution would be to receive what was promised in the contract: 350-650 edited photos of my wedding. Ideally, as soon as possible, since we are already at three times the time frame stated in the contract. If no pictures are to be delivered, I demand a full refund, immediately; as well as a notation made to this business that warns potential customers that this man is a scam artist.
We have recently received our pictures from the vender and as of late on Wednesday night we received a partial refund given the horrible level of service we received. I would still recommend Revdex.com flag this business as most of their online reviews (Google) appear to be fake (all posted at the same time, using almost identical language) and the fact that after I posted an honest review of our service, the vendor proceeded to call and text my husband and myself repeatedly, blaming us for his lack of business until we finally agreed to remove the review in exchange for a partial refund.
