I signed up for Crunch Fitness in the beginning of January and then on January 26, I signed up for training sessions with a trainer for $200/monthOn February 10th (it was during a training session with the trainer), I informed him that due to some unexpected events I could not currently afford the sessions and would like to freeze my account and since this was definitely at least days before the next billing date (which stated in the contract to do so), I did not see the issueHe said that he would definitely take care of it for me and apologized for my circumstances and that was the extent of the conversationI reminded him one more time before leaving that day and he again confirmed he would take care of itI ended up getting charged on February 26th, the scheduled billing date, and no matter who I talk to, it is not being resolvedI have not done any training sessions this month at all and I even texted the trainer about this and initially said he was shocked that I wa
