I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
On numerous occasions I sent several
e-mails that contained photos documenting the poor quality of work to *** ***
I have attached several of those photos to this complaint as documentation. The contractor made an attempt to address some issues (but still did not do a
good job) but others he just ignored.
Now because of the poor quality of the work, the paint is cracking in
many spots. In areas such as the doors the
paint is peeling off (photos were provided documenting this to the contractor
as well) and the finish on the floor is scratching and coming off easily among
many other issues. I will have to pay
another contractor to completely repaint my apartment again and refinish the
floor
With respect to the contractor’s claim
that he is licensed, my lawyer conducted a search for this contractor in the
New York City Licensing Board database and was unable to find him: company
name, contractor name, address, phone number, e-mail address and web site were
all searched for with no results. I then requested the license number directly from the contractor, which he refused to
provide. In addition, the contractor’s
web site states that he is accredited by the Revdex.com but a
search for the contractor on the Revdex.com site yielded no results.
I was advised by my lawyer to not pay
the contractor the final payment; to seek reimbursement for the amount that has
already been paid to him; and to file a complaint with the RevDex.com. When I indicated to the
contractor that I was withholding final payment as I was not satisfied with the
quality of the work done, the contractor threatened me on more than one
occasion. I request that the contractor agree to waive all rights to the final payment and as previously stated I would like full reimbursement of the funds already paid to him

Our Work is professional high end, we not are inexpensive but we done beautiful work, the wood floors is beautiful she like and we sanded with orbital sander it's the only way to have nice floor, the plastering work sanding and painting was done in a professional way, and the kitchen cabinets definitely beautiful she send the last payment and she was very happy and pleased with the work, all the project is approval and consent. we have the contract, she start to make historiesthe customer is invented complaint because she don't want make the final paymentwhat is amount to do $ 8,190 and after all the situation she ask me to considering discount of the full final payment in the amount of $ 8,190 that is not affair, after we do Amazing work for her and we say no because we work hard and in the right way to performedsuch nice beautiful work done for her and she get mad because we don't like to discount the kind of amount of money and she call us unlicensed contractor and we not going to get pay and is not true, we are license and honest contractor for 20year.
