A V Connection

PARDON THE SARCASM BUT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER. I'M NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME TYPING FOR 30 MINUTES ON EVERYTHING THEY DID WRONG. IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO EXCEPT FOR THROWING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PRODUCTS THAT DON'T WORK, USE [redacted]. HE'LL FIX YOU UP. OH WAIT, NO HE WON'T. BTW, IT'S NEVER HIS FAULT.I HAVE NEVER FELT SO VIOLATED AS A CONSUMER. IT IS TRULY EMBARRASSING AND SICKENING THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE LIKE THIS.He came to install a complete multimedia system for over 3K and none of it works. He came out a couple of times to try to fix it and neither of those or the initial visit were on time. He cancelled on me one and then determined we had to pull everything out and start over again. At some points it would take him a week to return my call. Scratch that, I would call him back. He never calls to verify when he is going to arrive, he just shows up when he wants to and when you are not on his schedule then he gets really upset. I took 3 days off of work and 2 weekend days to work through these issues. I finally called the manufactures of the products and they told me that what he sold me is not compatible with our infrastructure. He then feels text messages are a better form of communication to the customer because he can't face what he is doing is wrong. Finally I let him know that I have given up I had been so patient but he never came through. I have so much more detail but I'm just so tired of dealing with them.
