A V ELECTRONICS

On 8-06-11 A/V Electronics repaired our 65 Mitsubishi for cost of $775.52 with 90 day full warranty. This was a chassis replacement from Mitsubishi. In Mid-October, the TV started turning itself off repeatedly. We called A/V Electronics and they picked up the TV for repairs. They kept the set for over 2 months, saying they could not get another chassis from Mitsubishi. They said that they rebuilt another chassis in-house. When they returned the TV in December, the TV was still turning itself off as before. I told Matt that I wanted my money back. (We have already purchased another TV.) He said he would repair the TV, but no longer calls.BAD SERVICE. TV HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 5 MONTHS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
