Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/07/10) */ It's one side's story .But from this one side's story You can understand the problem .Be a business we need the customers because customers bring business ,money to us But sometime you have to let them go On this story There were different nail tech came to try to serve her try to solve the problem .But she tried to be grouchy , picky ...and wasn't happy .No matter what we tried to do Before we start cutting her toes nail our second nail techalready asked her for short them off .She said "Yes" But then after we cut them off ,not a lot at all ,you know how shot the toes nails She started saying "They are short " .....and was more grouchy We already tried to be nice ,helpful but did not work So that why I told her "Sorry that all we can do over here , If you not happy you can go to different nail salon " Be a human I think the peoples need to work to earn for living .Don't try to get any free stuff ,free service I have a few customers .They are restaurant owners or manager at the restaurant They all told me the same stories ."There some one all way want a free service" "They went to the restaurant ordered the meal ,after the finishes almost the dish then called waitress to complaint about the meal and asked for an free meal" ...That's horrible We work very hard to get pay to earn for living .When we first came to United State our Asian Community Leader taught us that Sorry we will not gift her any free pedicure ,any free service as she requestedWe wasted a lot of times on her too Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2015/07/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This reply is a good representation of the rude customer service I experienced the day I tried to solicit Sonny's. My first request in the complaint filed was an apology. The response given did not contain one apology, very poor. My goal in requesting a pedicure from a kind, qualified nail tech is not to take advantage of Sonny's. I am also a business owner and if someone complains about my product or how services were provided the first thing I do is sincerely apologize and ask how I can make it up to them. I offer the service free of charge or replace the product free of charge. As a business owner I am not trying to always be right, I am trying to make my customers happy so they will keep me in business. Poor customer service leads to you not having a business eventually. The response from Sonny's is unfortunate but not surprising. I am not in need of nor do I have a desire for a free pedicure from this business.
