The client was serviced as agreed to mow lawn no storm clean up or branches or debris clean up. No services were missed. No ever disrespected any woman proud father of two daughters and beautiful wife and 4 sisters. Working alongside with woman and mand everyday. This client has a problem besides... the lawn I would assume as this has no place in this. We renered service and got paid. No refunds will beissued period.Rregards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This person said I owe him the money and was verbally abuse. I am NEVER abusive with him or anyone else.
The only contact I had with person is when I cancelled his service, as I found someone cheaper and better. A year later, he decided to bill me for work never performed

Company states: I attempted to contact him and discuss this with him but he became verbally abusiveThe bill is accurate and valid

His lack of rebuttal to his letting 4 weeks pass before his crew made an appearance, is agreeing to its validity. He responded here with, "No services were missed" however, his reaction to the pictures I sent him are inconsistent with his response statement, "I will have a talk with the crew." "I agree that it is not acceptable to leave pieces of debris on the lawn after service." Email is attached. It is clear in my complaint that the disrespect I am referring to, is specific to his not responding to my attempts to contact him. To argue that one is not disrespectful to women because they have a wife, daughters, and sisters is inconclusive and weak. His declaration does, however, imply having been accused prior, but he's never heard this accusation from me. I don't know what his statement "Working alongside with woman and mand everyday" means. If he's attempting to make a 'public' claim that he himself shows up to do the yard work, then I must make a public declaration that he, in fact, does not. The email I sent him with all the photos did get a response, "I will talk with the crew about the incident" clearly demonstrates that his statement "man[ned] everyday" is false. This email is attached. His possibly wanting the perception that he was doing the work forced me to check his license. When I hired him, I asked if he was licensed, and he said, "Licensed, insured, and bonded." That's what I was looking for. However, the people who were supposed to be insured, are the ones stepping onto my property. This is not the case. He is registered as a sole proprietor with the contractors licensing board. He is not incorporated. So the only insured employee is himself. He's been sending his uninsured employees to my house. That would also make them under-the-table (tax-free) payee's as well. Significant and serious misrepresentation. The images show leaves, sticks, tall grass and a few tall weeds. The leaves are whole, as are the sticks. Not removed by hand, rake, or blower. Not mulched by mower. Still intact. Zooming in where grass line meets driveway, it is easy to see (and also supports) there was no mowing. It's also evident that edging hasn't occurred - recently. No blowing. No mowing. No edging. Yet, "No services were missed." What exactly DID they do - for $75?

Review: By selecting twice/month service, the third day of the month may be skipped depending on how the calendar days fall. However, that doesn't mean they'll show the next week. When I said to the owner about, "...finally showing up", his response was giving himself credit for showing up on the 3rd day when in fact he did not because he doesn't get paid to do so. I had to point out that out to him, along with the fact that they didn't show the next week either - may it was too soggy for them. But we did agree that the last time they been here was 4 weeks ago.

There are still areas of leave piles from last falls drop. If they can't blow it out, then it stays. Apparently they don't know what a rake is. They are supposed to edge, mow, get rid debris. They have never once edged front or back, grooming started out okay, but diminished rapidly. On their last day, I watched them at the window until they drove away and went out to take pictures of the garbage wrapper they dropped and left on my lawn. All the tree branches that fell in the storm were still in the grass. The flowers on the clover spread throughout the grass was still tall - in patches.

The owner has an archaic old-school disrespect toward women. There have been many times my calls, texts, or emails have been completely ignored.Desired Settlement: Since there are still the pile of leaves in my back yard from last fall, it's only fair I'm refunded for the time period for his chosen staff's lack of willingness to do their job.

I want my money back. January through March.

Review: I got a bill from AV lawn service. They were billing me for mowing the lawn at my rental duplex. I did not contract with them to cut my grass. I have another servicer cut the grass. They demanded $175. I refused to pay for a service not received. Now, they've sent this non-existent bill to collections.I'm not sure how a business can make up a charge and then have a non-existent bill sent to collections, but that's what happened here.Desired Settlement: I would like them to acknowledge their bill is inaccurate and inform the credit agency their bill was in error.
