I am an owner in of a [redacted] condo in Annapolis, MD. It snowed seven-days ago, Handicapped spaces, visitor spaces and sidewalks are still not cleared. We have several people who need these spaces and cars are stacked everywhere. We pay for this service and the management company is not responding. I have written several emails and nothing has happened. It is really disappointing to pay so much for our condo fee and to not even receive a return email telling us why we have not had our development touched or our parking lot cleared. I would only expect disappointment if you relied on this management company to manage your properties.
Brodie 'manages' our condo association. I always receive letters late, never or addressed incorrectly. I am constantly forced to contact them to say "How can I fix something that I never heard about?" and "Again, here is my correct address, can you update it in the system?". I get letters headed "IMPORTANT - MUST DO IMMEDIATELY" mailed (based on the postmark) two weeks or more past the letter date.
I understand Property Management is some kind of degree. I'm not sure what they learn, it isn't how to update an address. If you have to deal with Brodie, you will get a lesson in utter incompetence.
