Brodie 'manages' our condo association I always receive letters late, never or addressed incorrectly I am constantly forced to contact them to say "How can I fix something that I never heard about?" and "Again, here is my correct address, can you update it in the system?" I get letters headed "IMPORTANT - MUST DO IMMEDIATELY" mailed (based on the postmark) two weeks or more past the letter date I understand Property Management is some kind of degree I'm not sure what they learn, it isn't how to update an address If you have to deal with Brodie, you will get a lesson in utter incompetence
