I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
as I have emails form the attorney office that is not what happened, and they stated to me the avr cashed that check and let them know it did not go in AND IT WILL BE FEES ADDED FROM THEM DUE TO THATIt DID NOT go to the attorneys office it went to them and the attorneys office stated they tried to cash it and gave me a heads up that it didn't go in and it will be added to my balance which I understoodAnd THEY DID CALL ME A LIAR IN OTHER WAYS STATING "its kinda funny how all of a sudden u sent money but we haven't heard from you since this time , that's kinda weird" that was the exact statementif that is not calling someone a liar I don't know what isthese people are unprofessional and there is no way like I told the attorneys office they can get away with thisI would have left this alone if she didn't talk to me like that and then tell me they never got the check and then try to cash it!!!

We are the managing agent for the homeowners association and do not make any decisions regarding association matters. Your matter was referred to the association board of directors for a decision to waive fees. The board of directors is reviewing the matter and we will respond to you
once a decision is madeKeep in mind that once a matter is with the association's attorney, all contact should be with the attorney The homeowners association board of directors is made up of homeowners that are volunteers and therefore they prefer all correspondence to come through our officeI believe that Calandra F* has answered all of your questions and provided you with all information requested

This is the first I have heard of this. I did not receive a letter/complaint from your office. We will research this matter and will reply. I respectfully ask that you give us more time to look into to this matter as this is the first I know of it I can assure you there is

Sir I am very sorry that you do not feel that Calandra has answered all your questions, however, I feel she hasAs I stated previously, AVR Management works for the board of directors and they do not want us to give out their contact information. The board of directors are volunteers and we are paid to be the "go-between" if you will, between the board and the homeowners. Her response to send a letter to her and she will forward to the board is the protocol for your association. You state that she would not tell you when the next board meeting is. The fact is there was no board meeting scheduled, therefore she could not tell you when it was. Per your email from last night, Calandra has forwarded all correspondence from AVR Management to you. Regarding the violation letter for the mailbox, you are correct that you should not have received the third letter. You called and requested more time to repair the mailbox and Calandra forgot to stop the letter process and I apologize for that. Actually, your statement that the association "disbanded" is incorrect. The association's prior management company stopped doing business without providing records to the association. The association has never ceased to exist, however, there was no participation for approximately one year while the board looked for another management company. The board of directors did suspend assessments for that year. The records we were given by the board of directors when we took over did not show an offsite address, therefore we were sending mail to the property address. Only when we received returned mail for a deed restriction violation letter, did we research the county records and find the offsite address on *** *** which was sometime in July, There was no other returned mail so I can only assume your tenants were throwing it away. We sent notice to all homeowners when we took over advising them of the new management company and again we are very sorry that you did not received the mail. Calandra has been working with the board of directors to schedule a meeting which I believe has been scheduled and Calandra has notified you of when and where the meeting is and the fact that you may attend and address the board of directors. Please keep in mind that Calandra has only work at AVR Management for months and I know for a fact that she has tried her best to help you. You must also keep in mind that Calandra manages ten other communities and she cannot always get the homeowners requests fulfilled immediately. I believe that you stopped by and paid the delinquent fees yesterday and that you are disputing some attorney fees. This will have to be reviewed by the board of directors and again you are welcome to attend the meeting. I show that we have closed all violations and that we have your correct mailing address. Hopefully we can move forward from here

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Calandra F[redacted] has not answered all my questions. Calandra will not tell me the process on how to send information to the Board of Directors other than to write a letter about the fees. Calandra will not tell me when the next Board of Director meeting that will be held. I had to look up the [redacted] website to figured out where the president of my subdivision lived because Calandra refused to tell me any information on him other than his name. She did finally email me my statement, but it took several days and a lot of emails to get my statement from her. On July 30, 2016 my tenants sent me a letter about how the mailbox was broken from AVR Management in return I called Calandra a couple of days later and asked question, for example: who are they and when did they become the management company and so on. One of the questions I asked Calandra to give me time than the 30 days to fix my mailbox because of the difficulty of getting over there to get it fixed and she told me it was going to be noted in my account to give me more time, but 10 days later she performs a drive by and then sends me a certified letter on how it wasn't fixed yet. I was just wondering what happened to the additional days she was going to give me to fix my mailbox.So, I don't understand how you say Calandra has answered all my questions when there are questions that to this days she has not answered. When I moved out of the subdivision the HOA was disbanded and that current management company sent back my money for my dues for 2015. In 2015 my house was being leased out and some how AVR Management was sending letters to a different address other than my rental house and my current address according to the email from Calandra. According to Calandra the address they had on file was saying I lived on Crosscut when I live on [redacted] I feel if I was notified properly I would have never been behind on my dues. Calandra has been extremely difficult to work with and has no interest on helping me getting this resolve. The only reason I am asking for the fees to be removed is because as a home owner in that subdivision I have never been notified about the Management company or received anything on the subdivision, so I could pay my dues yearly. Since Calandra has been extremely difficult in communicating with me or communication has been non existing with her in the past if there is someone else with AVR Management that is willing to talk to me it would be very appreciated.  Regards,
