Valenzuela did call the distributor who was put on speaker phone so the customer could listen inThe distributor offered a percentage of credit towards a new purchase of tires, Armando requested a higher credit valueHe was able to offer the customer a credit of 50% of the cost of the tires he originally purchased and that amount would be deducted from the cost of new tiresHe also explained that there would not be any charge for mounting, balancing, or valve stemsJust the remaining cost plus taxThe customer stated he couldn't at the moment and was told by Armando that he would honor that offer if he had to wait till after the holidaysThe customer's request of a reimbursement while not replacing the tires would not work as the tires are not defective and therefore cannot be given for credit to the manufacturerThat is why Armando said there was no need to send in the tiresHe offered the customer a Good Faith tire credit but the customer wants a full reimbursement or replacement at no costEven if the tires had a defect/damaged, tires are normally prorated on the use/remainder of the tire life, being that these tires are LT (light truck) they do not come with a specified mileage to use for adjustmentArmando offered a fair amount out of good faithThe customer's understanding of what can be done when it comes to mileage claims is unfortunately not feasible. I am rejecting this response because: the safety  of my family and myself is at risk if they would have told me from the beginning that the tires had no warranty and that they would wear out really quick I would have never purchased them  from the beginning but none of that information was ever given to me at the time of the purchase I believe that they don't care for the safety of the community because not only are they putting me at risk and my family they are also putting the community at risk tires should never be that worn-out that easily withe the amount of miles they have if that's the case I believe that A&V Tire Service should have a disclaimer and customers review notifying them that the tires they sell have no warranty and that they wear out quickly they should be held responsible for selling tires like these that they sold me or look into a different company to purchase tires from to sell back to the community because if they'd done it to me how many other people have they not done it too and have gotten away with it
