Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response does not say how A+Rooter plans on settling this matter, or a plan of action Don't take this response as a thought that says I am not total against settling this request, but please not that the agreed settlement will be documented through the Revdex.com process Also please note that A+ rooter refused to come out of a warranty call yesterday that has been scheduled for a week I had to call them asking for a reschedule before A+ rooter decided to notify me that they are refusing future work with me because Revdex.com was notified by me of poor performance on A+ Rooters account on prior work to the warranty request Regards, [redacted]

We received a work order from first American on 7/26/We scheduled with Mrs*** to have a tech out on 7/31/On that day we found that she had leaks under home on the quest piping due to wear and tearWe called into her warranty company for authorization to repair those
leaksShe was advised that either we could provide access under her home to do the repairs for an additional charge or she could provide her own access which she didWhen she called back and stated the access had been completed we scheduled to return on 8/5/on that day the repairs to all leaks was completedWhen we left her home there was no further leakson 9/2/almost a month later we received a recall from her warranty company for more leaksWe called and scheduled with her for 9/4/on the day scheduled we had a tech call out and didn't realize that the tech we had move around and calls to move would not work for her situationWe are sorry for that inconvenience and agree that was fault on our partWe called her to reschedule for a small tech who can fit under the home to return on 9/10/On that day he found that the leaks at this time were completely different leaks from the previous visitHe did complete the repairs on that day and checked for leaks againTo our knowledge there are currently no leaksWe recommend taking the city the copies of the invoices wee left with the home owner to the city to see if they can adjust her bill

My husband and I have experienced more problems with this companyFirst, they schedule only the day for service and never schedule a time frameThis causes the customer to have to take an entire day off from work to stay home and wait for a call informing them of when the plumber is around minutes awayAlso, we are having work done on our house through our home warranty and a certain piece of equipment is neededAt first, we received a call stating they do not have the necessary equipment and then the next day, they call us again stating they do have that equipmentWhen we asked them again if they have the equipment needed, to verify we are all on the same page, they told me they do have it and so we scheduled an appointment date, again with no time frameOn the appointment date, halfway through the business day, we receive a call stating they do not have the necessary equipment and we need to have our home warranty send out a different companyThis was extremely unprofessional, since we made sure someone was home to stay there when they came and they specifically told us earlier in the week that they had the necessary equipmentThey had three days in between when we scheduled the appointment to the actual appointment date to realize and inform us they did not have the equipmentSo now, we have wasted an entire week of moving closer to fixing our house issue, all because they did not do their jobs correctlyWe will never allow them back into our house or propertyThey are extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and untrustworthy, which is unacceptable for a business

This is the worst company for customer service. I called my warranty company yesterday around 10 AM (11/18/2015). I was then called by the warranty at 3PM (11/18/2015). They had searched for someone to come out to my house as soon as possible because we have a main line blockage. There is sewage coming out of my back yard. When we flush the toilet it comes out of the clean line into the yard. I made this clear it was my problem and my warranty company expedited the request to get someone out as soon as possible because we can not bathe or anything at my house. I never received a call from them to schedule a time so I called this morning for a time tomorrow. I called at 9 (11/19/2015). I was placed on hold for almost 15 minutes before I hung up. They had forgotten about me because I called right back and someone answered right away. I asked for a time for the company to come out on 11/20/2015. She said they do not set times that they would call me 30 minutes before coming out. Another person then proceeded to call me about an 1 later and say that no one was available until Monday. I was very upset at that point because I was told by the warranty company that A+ plus rooter would be out on 11/20/2015 not 11/23/2015. I made it clear how upset I was and would schedule but call my warranty company back. The warranty company called them and said they would try to find someone who could come out sooner. The lady from A+ value rooter who schedules times came back on the phone. She then proceeded to tell me I had to answer my phone at work on 11/23/2015. That was the whole reason I was happy they would do it 11/20/2015. I work at a level one trauma center in the ICU most of the time and cannot answer my phone. I told them this and that I would make sure someone was there at my house because my husband works as well. They said I had to answer my phone or call back within 10 minutes. I got really upset by this because my mother was going to come to my house for us. My husband was listening to the phone call and asked to speak to the manager. The lady got upset and said my manager is right beside me. You can speak to her. We then proceeded to talk to her and she is going to get someone out on 11/20/2015 but it will not be until late that afternoon because they have to go to Austin first which makes no sense because we live in Temple so it would make more sense for them to come from Belton and go to Temple then go to Austin instead of going to Austin first. The manager was much nicer than her employees in trying to help customers. The customer service from the other employees was horrible. I made sure she knew that was the worst customer service I had ever had.
