Rhonda, she said she would not give any credit to my account; that the manager who charged me would have to review but that he would be out of the office for the next several days. This was how the conversation was left. I was surprised to see this response as there has been no credit to date. I told Rhonda the company had poor business practice and that I couldn't believe the issue wasn't being given closure as they had wrongly charged me and were going to proceed to keep the funds until a conversation was had with the manager that charged me wrongly. Meanwhile, I'd remain without my funds until and if they decided to return them.

Review: For the month of Feb. 2015 The company claimed my Debit Card authorization was not on file, (although they had been successfully charging my account for several months - including Jan. 2015). Then all of a sudden they find my pre-authorization and claim my Debit Card transaction had been declined. After contacting the bank and reviewing my account- there were no attempts made to charge my card on the agreed upon date. They have now charged me late fees in excess of $45 for their errors/poor business practices. I have discussed the issue with a company representative named Roxanne and she gave no remedy to correct their error and reverse the $45 charge. This company has poor/fraudulent business practices. I would never recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: Refund of the extorted $45 late fee that was their error.
