We 100% dispute this complaint. *** & *** approved this order and had us ship this order. When their order arrived they got back to us weeks later to let us know that the posts would not work. We always want to help to make it right. We offered to provide new posts at
our cost, we would just need the measurements. Client never got back to us with the measurementsClient called us back on March 22nd and demanded that we come pick up the material and take it off their property that has been outside for over a month in the rain. We cannot resell thisIt is a complete loss order. She is unwilling to help get this loaded back into a truck, yet she wants us to pay to have someone come load it and take it off her property. And then we are supposed to pay to ship it back to us, something we cannot even resell. This is beyond unreasonable. We did everything they had requested. We have kept a complete record of every email with *** and her brother acknowledging their approval of the order. We have a signed BOL from the freight company showing this order was offloaded and approved for offload. We are still willing to provide custom posts to match their existing fence at our expenseThey need to contact us if they would like us to provide this as a solutionWe are not willing to pick up this order as it is her fence, she paid for it. In addition, with the fence unwrapped and left outside in the dirt and rain, it is not resalable. With Sara’s refusal to help load it back into a truck there is no way we can pick this up even if we decided to accept it as a return which we cannot use, as it is not resalableWhen I spoke to her I wanted to find a way to help get this resolved. Instead she called me a liar and was extremely rude*** filed a dispute for payment with her credit card to refund her payment to us. The credit card agreed with us that we did everything possible and rejected her dispute. Now it appears she is trying to slander our company.
