Review: My family and I were involved in a collision on December [redacted] 2014. Within minutes of the accident, a guy with a tow truck appeared and stayed with me until the cops were finished. He informed me that he was the owner of A &W Collision and encouraged me to allow him to tow the vehicle. My wife and 2 year old son left in an ambulance so after a while, I agreed to let him tow my vehicle. The inspector went to the shop a few days later and estimated the damages. I agreed to have this shop repair my vehicle in which the outcome was a huge disaster. Geico issued a payment of $8733.00 to them and their estimated repair time was 11 days. I called them 15 days after and [redacted] informed me that the vehicle work was started and it was almost finished. I told her we wanted to take a look at the vehicle in which she said we can come over. Upon arrival at the shop, I saw my my vehicle parked in a corner the same exact way it was when the accident occurred. She was not at the shop at the time so I called her, I asked her what's going on because my vehicle haven't even been touched yet. She stated oh, she made a mistake and got mixed up with my vehicle and someone else's and that they are awaiting parts for my vehicle. She said I can give them another week. I said okay I understand it's Christmas and I will give you all another week. Every time I called, she would tell me the vehicle is coming along fine and it will be ready in a few days. This is now almost a month after they had my vehicle, we went to the shop again. Upon arrival, one of her employees told me the vehicle is at the mechanic shop and to come back the next day. We called the shop the next day and they said the vehicle is in the shop and we can come in and take a look at it. Again when we went, they claimed the vehicle is at the electrician but I called a few minutes ago and they told me it was at the shop. We had an argument over the phone because I told her it's ridiculous that you have my vehicle for 5 weeks and I can't even take a look at it. We went to the shop for a third time now and however, when we arrived and knocked the door, one of her silly guys ran to the back and hid and never opened the gate for us. I called again the day after and she informed me that the vehicle is ready but they're closing early. I said I will be there before you close. When I got there, the shop was closed and one of the guy owners was outside. I told him I am here for my vehicle, he informed me that the shop is closed and I need to come back. If you're an owner, don't you have keys to the shop? After 6 and a half weeks, I finally got to SEE my vehicle. It was completed, however my engine light was on and it was pulling on one side. I called my Geico estimator who told me to leave it at the shop. They got paid to do alignment and never did it. The next day she called me and told me my vehicle is at a mechanic shop and they're not responsible for the mechanical and to pick it up from the shop. I picked up my vehicle which was filled with the scent of weed. It was horrible. Geico advised me to take my vehicle to the mechanic shop of my choice because my vehicle couldn't move. At the mechanic shop, when the estimator came, we were horrified to see the type of job A & W performed. They got paid $1200 to replace the front bumper with a brand new one, however they repaired the old one which they were not supposes to do. The work on it was horrible. The got paid approximately $1700 to fix my wheel and axle, that was not repaired properly because the entire axle is still severely damaged. They got paid to fix the radiator, that was never done. They got paid to do wheel alignment, it was not done properly. I called the shop and spoke to [redacted] in which she defended her shop and asked for my estimator 's number. She called him and told him to bring the vehicle down and they can work something out because she was guilty of not putting a new bumper and not fixing my vehicle properly. I do not wish to do business with this shop anymore. She stopped taking my calls. I now have a vehicle that is unable to drive because of their horrible work. I have to take it to another shop that's charging me $4,000 to redo the work in a proper manner. Geico told me A & W needs to compensate me so that I can have my vehicle repaired the proper way. They were paid to do a job in 11 days but took 6 and a half weeks and still didn't do the job in a right way. This company is full of lies.Desired Settlement: I need A & W to pay me back $4,000 from which Geico paid them so that I can have my vehicle repaired.

Review: Dear sir/madam. My vehicle was was hit by another vehicle while park on the street. I take it to a&w collision center to be repair. Geico insurance paid a&w $9,884.27 to repair my vehicle. When my vehicle was suppose to be finish went to pick it up the mudsplash that goes under the fender was missing and the sign says. Pathfinder was missing the boss say he is going to order it After one week pass nobody call me went to the shop they say I have to leave the vehicle I take my vehicle on September ** 2013. And I did not get my vehicle back until September ** 2013. They keep my vehicle 5 days when I went to pick up my vehicle the 2 parts were still missing they then told me they got the wrong parts My vehicle had 29 miles extra on the odmeter they used my vehicle for their personal errands I still do not have the parts they giveing a runaround almost one monthDesired Settlement: Would like my refund I do not wish to do any business with that shop anymore

Review: On 10/**/2015 the business towed my car to their shop and dismantled it without my knowledge or approval. They claim I signed a form allowing them to take it apart but the insurance adjuster had not appraised the car before they took it apart. I am seeking a refund or partial refund of the $800.00 they charged me to release the car to another repair shop. They said they would not release my car unless I pay the cash first. It was a collision and they showed up at the accident scene after police were called. I agreed to the tow but they did not say they were starting repairs the next day. My insurance adjuster was supposed to see the vehicle first and this is illegal.

Review: I was in a car accident with my 9 month old baby and there was a tow guy who continued saying he would help over me with my vehicle. I decided to allow him to tow my car to his shop because I was going in a ambulance with my daughter. After I came out the hospital I contacted the shop and agreed for them to fix my vehicle. They then contacted my insurance and spoke about furthering the repairs and payments. The shop told both me and the insurance that the car would be done on a [redacted] which was one month later, then changed it to a [redacted] then to a [redacted] which was the day I had set to go away with my family. I then called the shop before [redacted] and told them I would be going away can they hold my vehicle since it was not done on the day it was suppose to be. The lady was very nice about it (I guess since she felt bad it was not ready when it was suppose to be) She told me "do not worry your vehicle will be in the lot until you come back. about a week later I get a phone call saying my car was booted in front of the shop I told her why did this happen when you said my vehicle would be in your lot? She then said she had to move it out and move it back in. The next day my car was towed and I was never notified by the collision shop at all that my vehicle was gone. A few weeks after this I finally saved up to get my car out of the tow place and when I went to pick it up there was smell of weed in my car, there was a crush pad with a little weed in it and a blunt wrap in my glove compartment. Not only that but my car was on EMPTY (someone used my vehicle while it was suppose to be in the lot). The tow company never had my car keys because the collision place still had them. When I began to drive my car out the lot every time I made a turn there was a knocking noise so they did not even fix my vehicle correctly. I called the collision spot and they treated me as if I did something wrong and the lady spoke over me the whole time. I was treated unfair and I want to get to the bottom of this ASAPDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for them not doing the correct job and for them treating my like garbage and for them using my vehicle and never notifying me that the car was towed.
