This customer left a message on our answering machine Saturday January 30, 2016 after our store had closed. We responded to her promptly the next business day which was Monday, February 1, 2016.

floor model that she originally stated she did not want. Unfortunately, due to a sales associate error, those notes were not made on the customer account. We take responsibility for this error and informed the customer that we would be happy to exchange her sofa for a new one as originally promised. As of this date, the exchange is scheduled for Friday, Feburary 4, 2016. This serves as our resolution to the matter.

The company did come and exchange the sofa on February 12th, 2016. We are glad they accepted that they were at fault and corrected the matter. Thank you.
