I called this company on xmas eve as my power had gone out & they sent [redacted] out within just minutes! He was extremely pleasant, patient and informativeThe problem was a fairly big issue so he had to order some parts to complete the job which would take possibly a few daysSo that I would not be without power in the meantime, he came back on xmas day as promised to restore temporary power in my unit until the problem was solvedI understand that he had to make many calls to find someone to come help him on xmas dayHe saved my xmas!!!!! Tim and this company go over and beyondDefinitely recommend =)
