Good Morning:Had my vehicle looked at by A & W Auto Repair on October 17th, 2011, brought it in because I believed I needed a muffler replaced, got a call after it was looked at, I was told by [redacted] that it needed everything replaced on the bottom, everything was leaking, even the converter, and I questioned that since my car passed inspection?? [redacted] said, you haven't had to put a pipe on this car in 15 years, he is correct, I am reluctant, but I agree to the job!Drive the car home that night, its louder than before it went in, call him the next day and tell him how loud it is, he picks up the car, checks it, calls me and says that it just has a different tone now and assures me there are no leaks! On the Friday before Christmas a part came flying off!!
