In response to this claim: We are an auction company that sells new to salvage for parts as stated all over our websiteWe also state that a customer should not bid without previewing and they are 100% responsible for knowing condition of item as our online descriptions are guide onlyAll customers have to manually check a box every week stating they have read, understand and agree with all this and moreThis customer purchased a radio without previewing which she was told not to doWe actually state exactly about radios that if it states on working only radio feature was tested and they should come in and test other features before biddingAny of this can be seen on "Warning-Read" on front page"Auction Info Tab" as well as "Terms and Conditions" which they have to check a box agreeing to all of this before biddingWith all of this said in this case this customer was causing a scene because of her mistakeThe owner was trying to talk to her,but she refused to let him speak at all, threw the invoice across the room and stormed out of hereHe was simply trying to explain and show her online that we were 100% honest, everything we stated was true, and make her aware so this does not happen againThen he was going to give her a time refundShe did not allow any of this, she was very rude to employees and the ownerIf she is willing to apologize for her behavior and read what she was supposed to read before registering or bidding and admits she was wrong we are still willing to refund herAnyone can come to our home page read our warning and see as stated we are a true auction and "Everything is Sold Where Is" and is always 100% buyers responsibility to preview, anything we state about an item is a guide onlyAll customers are told Do Not bid without previewing, you will always get the exact item on our floor you preview Thank you A $ W SURPLUS AUCTION

I received another letter in the mail to respond toUnfortunately when customers continue to lie and even get worse there is nothing you can doI have several witnesses, employees as well as one customer she is completely lying nowWe also have her on video throwing her invoice at me and storming out not allowing a discussionShe, as I stated previously would not let me talk, and I asked her to let me speak and she refused therefore her calling me a liar is a lieAs she stormed out customer behind her said how rude she was, she is lying about everything nowShe starts by stating she was aware to preview first, but she did not at her own risk, therefore we are not the crook we are 100% honest she chose to bid without previewing which we told her not toShe now refuses to take responsibility for her own actionsShe has severe anger issues which she displayed here and as anyone can see in her writingWe have been in business for almost 25yearsWe currently have over customers and have less than complaints less than any other auction, and all of those were because people did not readWe go above and beyond to make customers aware of the items we sell can be new, used,damaged, and junk for parts and anywhere in betweenWe even have a warning on the front page to read before registering and biddingWe state in at least three places, one of which customer has to check a box stating they read, understand and agree with our terms and conditionsWe also state and stress very much "DO NOT BID WITHOUT PREVIEWING" states they will get exact item on our floor they preview and they testIt is not our job to test, which is stated everywhereAnyone can go to our homepage see the warning and click on it and read and see that she mad a mistake by not previewingWe are a true Auction, which means everything is always sold "AS IS WHERE IS" and is 100% buyers responsibility to preview and know what they are bidding onThere is no other interpretation of this You can click on our website link below and go to our homepage and see 100% proof of all this Thank you A $ W SURPLUS AUCTION

I am rejecting this response becauseBeing fully aware of this 'preview at own expense' policy, I bid on this item.  The description read 'on and working'. I have purchased similar items with similar descriptions that have had cosmetic damage which is acceptable. These items were fully functional and working. When I purchased the item, an iPod charger speaker dock, which sole purpose is to charge and play music through speakers, it said on and working.  If an item said blue on it I expect that item to be blue.  Upon picking up the item it was on but not working, so I asked the owner for a credit or exchange for something that worked, this owner was reluctant to speak to me and would not allow me to speak.  I said, "This item does not work... " and was describing my complaint. I told him that description was inaccurate and he cut me off and said if you continue to speak consider yourself a lost customer. When leaving the office another customer told me he was glad I stood my ground and plead my case because he knew that owner was dishonest and had several complaints against him.  They have denied access into my bidding account and will not allow a password reset.  Their Facebook page says 5 stars but will not allow the public to rate their business.  I just want people to be aware that they are not honest and will not hear complaints.  [redacted] is a crook and a liar.
