I have used MC Mechanical for our air conditioning issues and had no problems Recently our air conditioning unit went out and of course with this heat I was desperate to find someone to come helpI called the company and was told someone would be out that day between 4-pm No one came or called so again I was trying to find another company to come out It was past all company hours so I had to leave a message with MC Mechanical, but another company I called went straight through to the on call person I made arrangements for someone to be out by the following morningAround pm that night the on-call person from MC Mechanical called and came minutes laterWe had major issues with out old ac so it needed replacingThe tech was nice and we made arrangements to have the new AC unit put in the following morning I work midnights so I asked when the work would begin and was told the following morning at am and all the parts would prob be picked up at 7:amI canceled the other company coming by so I didn't waste their time Again, by 10:am when I hadn't heard or seen anyone From MC Mechanical I called and was told the person handling the service would call me backBy 11:I still had not received a call from anyone so I called another company and cancelled the job I did at that point receive a call stating the tech from the night before had been in error about when they could be out there Unfortunately I had enough of being left guessing and putting off the new acI now have a bill from MC mechanical for dollars for the service call and laborAll to be told I need a new ac and then just left hangingI was told the parts were at the warehouse still so I'm not sure where the labor cost is coming in but overall I feel as I'm being punished for poor customer service and no intention of making it right I sent them a contact email and haven't heard anything yet I wouldn't recommend this company

I made arrangements for someone to be out by 9 the following morning. Around 6 pm that night the on-call person from MC Mechanical called and came 30 minutes later. We had major issues with out old ac so it needed replacing. The tech was nice and we made arrangements to have the new AC unit put in the following morning. I work midnights so I asked when the work would begin and was told the following morning at 8 am and all the parts would prob be picked up at 7:30 am. I canceled the other company coming by so I didn't waste their time. Again, by 10:15 am when I hadn't heard or seen anyone From MC Mechanical I called and was told the person handling the service would call me back. By 11:20 I still had not received a call from anyone so I called another company and cancelled the job. I did at that point receive a call stating the tech from the night before had been in error about when they could be out there. Unfortunately I had enough of being left guessing and putting off the new ac. I now have a bill from MC mechanical for 159.00 dollars for the service call and labor. All to be told I need a new ac and then just left hanging. I was told the parts were at the warehouse still so I'm not sure where the labor cost is coming in but overall I feel as I'm being punished for poor customer service and no intention of making it right. I sent them a contact email and haven't heard anything yet. I wouldn't recommend this company
