Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I AM DEMANDING /REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCTS BECAUSE THE COMPANY CLEARLY SENT A PRODUCT THAT FAILED TO WORK THIS IS POSSIBLY A SCAM, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS BEING SENT TO CUSTOMERS THESE PRODUCTS ARE UNDER WARRANTY AS TO PERFORMANCE AND BOTH FAILED TO PERFORMI AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND FOR BOTH PRODUCTS UNDER THE WARRANTY ISSUED BY DOW THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED BOTH FAILED TO PERFORM IN ADDITION TO FAILING TO COVER THE AREA STATED ON THE PRODUCT ITSELF THE PRODUCTS FAILED TO ACTIVATED AND I WAS MOSTLY SENT AN OLD BATCH OF THE PRODUCTS IN ADDITION TO THE PRODUCTS BEING TAMPERED WITH BOTH PRODUCTS *SETS) HAD FAILED TO PERFORM THE PRODUCTS FAILED TO PERFORM BASED ON THE MARKETING/ADVERTISED SERVICE/INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER BOTH BATCHES OF THE PRODUCT WERE EITHER OUT-DATED; TOO OLD TO PERFORM; AND TAMPERED WITH PRIOR TO DELIVERY THE PRODUCTS WERE SPRAYED AS WAS TO SWELL AND COVER AT LEAST TIMES THE AREA; IT DID NOT PERFORM AT ALLAND THEREFORE HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE THE DUTIES/ACTIONS THAT THE PRODUCT WAS INTENDED TO DO...WHICH INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ADVERTISED FUNCTION: AS AN AIR SEALER OF THE AREA, PERFORM AS A VAPOR BARRIER, KEEPING THE AREA WARMER/COOLERETC THE PRODUCTS FELL FLAT AND DID NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED I RECEIVED NO ASSISTANCE FROM AWAREHOUSEFULL WHEN COMPLAINING DIRECTLY TO THEM AWAREHOUSEFULL REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY 1ST Revdex.com COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED LATE AND DURING THAT TIME THE FUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT WAS TAMPERED WITH, CAUSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BATCH AND THE SECOND ORDER WAS DELIVERED OPENED, ONCE AGAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS COMPROMISED ( AND AS I COMPLAINED TO THE DRIVERS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS BEING OPENED THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE) Regards, [redacted]

We are in receipt of the most recent BBC complaint from this customer We have tried to contact this customer on numerous occasions and have never received a call back Some of the allegations that they are claiming is false The product they received were fresh not old product, the product did not arrive late and the product was not tampered with We jumped on the customer’s complaint as soon as we were aware of it and requested forms to be filled out so that we could make a claim on their behalf to the manufacturer The customer stated they couldn’t fill out the document, so I personally sent the appropriate paperwork to the manufacturer Dow in good faith offered a refund on one of the tanks since with they were able to receive 50% yield from both products We also wonder why the customer would order a second kit just days later if they experienced problems with the first kit Then days later after ordering the second kit they are claiming that they are having problems with the kits Also when we asked for pictures of the tanks and information for the claim they were unresponsive All they would do is send the same information complaining about the warranty

I have answered the questionaire submitted to me by AWarehouseFull and explained the failure of the product and the issues with the delivery of the product fromthe delivery company and the damage to the products. The product is under warranty

We have been in contact with the customer, below is an outline of the correspondence between AWarehouseFull and the customer:

·         On Saturday, March 12th,2016 we were contacted via an email regarding issues the customer was experiencing with the product they purchased from us.
·         On Monday, March 14, 2016 we contacted the customer via email stating: 
 
“Hello, 
I am very sorry to hear about your issues with the Dow Froth Pak. 
Please take pictures of the damaged tanks and what your foam looks like. 
We will need to assess the situation and begin the process of getting a refund from Dow.”
·         They responded back on March 18, 2016, with no further information but just stating the same information as in the March 12th email
·         We responded back on March 18th with this:
 
“Hello,
We have no problem working with Dow to get this issue resolved.  Attached you will find a quality return information form that you will need to fill out.  Once it is completed, kindly return it to us and we will work Dow to get a resolution on this.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and will try to get this resolved as soon as possible for you.”
·         On Sunday, March 20th, the customer responded back that they were unable to open our form and sent the information that they wanted on the form.
·         On Monday, March 21st we responded to the customer:
“We have taken your information and put it into the form.  We will send it off to Dow and we will keep you informed of their findings.  Please keep all tanks and packaging in case the manufacturer requires any additional information.”
·         On Monday , March 21st we sent the information off to Dow and they are working on resolving the case. Once we hear back from them we will let the customer know of Dow findings and whether or not a refund or replacement has been approved.

We also wonder why the customer would order a second kit just 16 days later if they experienced problems with the first kit.  Then 3 days later after ordering the second kit they are claiming that they are having problems with the kits.  Also when we asked for pictures of the tanks and information for the claim they were unresponsive.   All they would do is send the same information complaining about the warranty.
