Paid business $1k deductible for repair work that was never finished Would like balance refunded in timely manner
Hired company to come out and do remediation and repair work for water damage that happened in my home on August They performed all the remediation work in a timely and efficient manner During that time, the general manager also requested that I write them a check for my $1,deductible to go towards repairs which I did Check was cashed the next business day Company came out twice to hang drywall and everything was good Things eventually started to go amiss with the company when I decided to split the work between them and another party
Long story short, I received a phone call on September 6th--the day A+ was supposed to come complete the work, stating that because I decided to divide the work and sourced the flooring job to another party it was no longer profitable for them to finish the job To date, all that was done aside from the reme

There was a flood in the house we were under contract to buy. The owner hired Greg [redacted] from A+ who was a friend of theirs. The work was poorly done. The downstairs flooring required refinishing and they missed the bathroom which is now a different color. They replaced the flooring at the landing of the staircase with leftover boards that did not have the tongue and grove that started to show gaps and unevenness very quickly. And this week, the railing that they had to rehang in the stairway just pulled out of the wall. Overall this was not a good experience and I would certainly NOT recommend anyone use this company.
