A+ Water Heaters

This is the second water heater we have had Terry install. Without a doubt Terry is one of the best. We would highly recommend him for his integrity and honesty.

Nice fast and super done job. Tech is very knowledgeable and fast worker. In my opinion am best in the city. And more important think not so expensive like another contractors. Well done. Thanks very much for help.

Great company to deal with. I am a single parent of 3 kids. When I noticed my tank was leaking on a Sunday night, I immediately called a family friend who had experience and he walked me through emptying my tank and suggested I call the manufacturer in the morning to see if I still had warranty. Thank goodness for me I still had warranty but was told from the manufacturer would have to pay for the install. I then started to look for someone to do the install. I called the company that was suggested in the book when the house was build 7 years ago. I was not happy with their quote as they were going to charge me extra for picking up a replacement hot water tank as they did not carry the brand I needed which had to be the same for warranty purpose. I called a few places and thought I would verify the Revdex.com website. Am I glad I did.
I realized a few listed companies, I had already called.
I then called and had the pleasure of speaking with Terry at A PLUS. Terry quoted me less for the whole install and removal and also took care of ALL NEW WARRANTY paperwork and submitted it to the manufacturer. Terry installed the tank himself and was wonderful to deal with. He answered my questions and walked me through maintaining the tank and how to drain it in the future. Terry had a special bag to hold the old tank when removing it from the house. I had nothing to clean up after Terry left as everything was clean.
Great install and removal.
Many family members and friends knew my tank went and everyone asked me who I used for the service.
