I am rejecting this response because: To demonstrate the use of this other valve, he turned it off and onIt was not leaking prior to him coming into my homeThis was two months ago because I did not check the valve to see if there was an issue because he said there was nothing wrong with itI trusted this business, and he created an issue in my basementAlso instead of replacing the valve he did work on that was corroded, he tightened the packing nut and said to use the other valve and he wouldnt replace a valve that was corroded under warranty Regards, [redacted] ***

I had a water solution at my home here recently and had a wonderful experience with my techhe knew what the problem was right away and fixed it in a timely manner

This customer STATED that we did not even work on this valveWe worked on a completely different shut off valveThis was also a call that was serviced OVER two months agoThe valve we serviced was working fine with NO leaks when we left the home and is still working fine today according to the customerAlso, turning a valve on and off will not loosen the packing, you would have to tighten it every time you used itWe did not even service the valve in questionWe were out on a service call for another valve in the same area and a toilet issue and both issues were resolved We are not going to warranty something that we did not repair

this is a he said she said issue and it was a caulking issue just like I told her she put that in her first statementI did my job

I had a water heater go badThe home warranty company sent AWS to replace itThe plumber suggested we replace heaters with a high efficiency model and that we would have all the water we wantedIt would cost extraWe took their recommendationOnly to find out after it was installed that it wasn't a high efficiency capacity heaterThe owner swindled usAfter many calls to the warranty company, a second heater was installedThe plumber complained the whole timeI would never recommend the to anyone

Only gave ONE star beacause I couldn't leave ZERO I had a leaking bathroom toilet so I used my [redacted]  ***  [redacted]  warranty and they dispatched A Water Solutions The plumber said the pipe in the basement would need to be raised and he would have to order the parts so I'd have to schedule another appointment weeks out (that was due to my availability) minutes before the newly scheduled appointment, the plumber call and said "he bought the parts at [redacted] yesterday and opened the box but doesn't think it will work and he doesn't think he would be able to do the job anyway, I don't know what to tell you?" I took a day of vaction that I really can't afford to take plus $for the inital visit

The technician had went out to the home for the second time and told the customer the same thing as when he went out the first timeIf he pulled the toilet and there was a foreign object in the toilet then he would have to pay for it and if not then the home warranty company would cover itThe customer did not want to take that chanceHe instead wanted to technician to snake it againHe had just snaked it at the first visit and nothing had changedthe auger hit a solid object and would not budgeWe would be help reliable if we forced it and broke the toilet so the only option at that point is to pull the toilet to see whats in itThe home warranty company denied the claimHe has the option to request a second opinion through them

His name is [redacted] and he owns the companyYour home warranty company requires that you pay a service call fee when we come out to your home whether the item is covered or notYou can take that up with themAlso, there was clear evidence that your HWH had been leaking for much longer than the policy had been in placeThe home warranty company even stated that you had called them right after you purchased your policy and asked if you could cancel right after you place a claimYes, they keep track of every phone call that is made to themAll [redacted] did was his jobHe reported to them what he saw and THEY denied the claimSo, if you have a dispute with the REQUIRED service fee that was paid you need to take it up with them

Our home warranty company has sent A Water Solutions out twice now for MINOR issues First time was for a jammed garbage disposal Technician told me a binder clip was lodged in the blades and couldn't be repaired He said due to this, it isn't covered under the warranty and wanted to sell me a new one for $ I politely declined and sent him away In two minutes, I grabbed my pliers and removed the binder clip It works fine but of course I was out the $deductibleSecond visit to our place occurred several months later for a clogged kitchen sink The guy that showed up said we had big problems with how the sink pipes connected to our building's drain line, (we live in a high rise) He said it would be at least $and it isn't covered under the warranty due to "poor design" He wanted to break into our walls in order to fix the clog I politely sent him away and called another company on my own The other company was [redacted] Plumbing and the sink was unclogged with no issues and no cutting into the drywallA Water Solutions are at best incompetent and at worst they are crooks I would NEVER allow them near my home and cannot stress this enough I've never left a review with the Revdex.com but felt so strongly that people should be warned I feel they take advantage people and hate to think of how many have been unknowingly swindled by themI've complained about them to my home warranty company yet they keep using them They will never step foot in our home nor will they ever do work in our building

I am rejecting this response because: Company did not address the poor workmanship issue I already said in the complaint I accepted his explanation on the part used, I am not sure why he is addressing it now Company did not apologize for the yelling, profanity, and rude behaviorShifting the $bill to AHS so they will just give it back to him only benefits his company, not the customer Regards, [redacted]

Hello, I wanted to update my claim if possible. While the tech was at my home I had mentioned to my father in front of him the companies bad rating. Well last night at about 7:30pm I received a voicemail from the tech explaining that bad reading and saying... how he wanted me to know the facts. I felt very harassed after this as I felt that he had no place to call me and leave such a message. Please add this information so his employer is aware. Thanks, [redacted]

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday 09/12/between the hours of 8-11amI had to schedule for someone in my family to come to my home because I had to leave for work at 8:15am and they could not come during a time frame when I would be homeWhen Monday came I received a call about 7:15am stating that he would be there in 10-min because of this I was unable to finish letting my dogs eat breakfast and had to use emergency vacation at my jobI told him when I answered the door that I was sorry for the delay in coming to the door however he was early, instead of apologizing he said well didn't you get my voicemail I explained that yes I did however my appointment was not until 8amAnyways the contractor was just useless and did nothing to try and solve my issue, I explained what was happening when the leak took place and he told me multiple times that it was not possible and I must have been using the other showerOn 3-occasions I had to tell him that it was not correct a
