I first learned about this company at a home show. Duane was very friendly and when he came to our home he was very informative and it’s clear he knows what he is talking about. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and we called him back later to have him install a water softener system. The company was quick to respond and the installation went quickly and smoothly. Duane walked me through how the system works. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a water softener system.

When my family and I moved to Utah we didn’t know anything about hard water/soft water. We moved from Hawaii where the water is naturally clean. After about a week living in our house we noticed our skin and hair was dry. I thought okay maybe our skin is dry because of the hot weather? But no it was the hard water in our home.
We purchased a brand new home prior to moving and was told our home is wired to have a softener put it. We had over 5 quotes and many salesman come to our home to explain their services. My husband and I spent hours and days researching and in the end we chose A+ water! I’m glad we did.
Duane was the service rep./plumber/sales person all in one! He answered all of our questions and went into great detail explaining the ins and outs. We weren’t pressured in any way from him. His finished work was neat.
The package deal we got was a 48,000 grain softener for our family of 2 adults (I’m currently pregnant), 1 five year old and 1 nine month old. Also, we purchased a water purifier that has its own faucet on our kitchen counter and connected to our refrigerator water.
The water on the interior of the home is now all soft water expect the 2 water purifiers I mentioned. The exterior of the home water lines is hard water. We have a 10 year warranty on our water softener with a $50 deductible and each time Duane or someone else will come out to our home for a problem it’s a $89 charge. Our purifier has a 3 year warranty on it with a $175 annual maintenance fee.
We are very pleased with our investment and working with Duane. I highly recommend you cal him! If there is ever any type of issue we do experience in the future I’ll be sure to update my review. Let Duane know *** referred you :-)

Duane came all the way to South Jordan from Bountiful on a super snowy day. Not only did he fix our water softener but he went and got 2 bags of salt pellets and loaded it into my softener and didn't charge me. He took the time to clean up a big salt spill left previously by someone in my house. He didn't have to do any of that...he did because he actually cares about the people he helps. If you are looking for an honest company that actually knows what they are doing, and that won't nickle and dime you just because they can....then A+ Water won't disappoint. I can't say ENOUGH about how impressed I am! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. We will be customers for life...that's for sure!

I recommend A+ Water. They (Duane) just recently installed a water softener in my new home. Duane was professional and prompt with his appointments. The system he put in is effective and the cost was reasonable. He spent the time to put it in right and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous in answering my questions. He even took the time to set up the system, so that I could fill the Brine tank in my garage. Saving me from carrying the salt bags through the house to the basement.
