A Wedding Expression

My fiance and I had contacted [redacted] for our upcoming wedding, and after meeting with her had paid a deposit of $172.50, half of the total price for her services for a Ceremony with Rehearsal. As time went by and we got further into our planning we contacted her to scheduled the rehearsal, only to find out that she had booked another wedding on the night of our rehearsal and she couldn't do it at our time of 5pm. After 2 weeks of phone tag and emails, she agreed to do it at "no later than 5". After this situation her service just began to get worse. She would forget my fiancee's name and call her someone else. She would not answer emails or voice mails for several days. We finally had another sit down meeting and seemed to discuss everything and she said she understood. Though at the meeting she still asked if my fiancee's father would be walking her down the aisle, even though it was written on her paper she was looking at he had passed the previous year, and we had already discussed a memorial during the service at this meeting. A couple days later my fiancee sent an email to her which she never responded to. A week later I had resent the email, and it took another couple of days for her to respond. We had no faith left that she could preform our wedding, that she wouldn't say the wrong name, or just not show up, so we canceled her services and requested the deposit be refunded as the contract was to preform both a wedding and a rehearsal, and she couldn't even be bothered to respond to our emails, let alone the fact that she scheduled another wedding on our rehearsal date, when our deposit is to secure that date for her services. She hasn't refunded our deposit because she states "she is still willing to provide the services", but obviously she is unable to even give common courtesy. We just want our deposit back.
