They may be legitimate charges, however it is terrible customer serviceI had made the reservations less than hours in advance and called within minutes if airlines contacting me that Indianapolis was no longer an optionThe total was not it was 122+ including my deposit online.

I called on the 13th, not the 15th Had a water leak in crawlspace to deal with Anyone looking at this, which I have shared, agree time of arrival and reservation makes no sensewould have been very close by hotel to do such a reservation Since then seeing others having similar situation with web site and local managers keeping money's tells me there is a problem Wife had also called choice hotel who told Her they tried to get a refund and didn't get anywhere Iam going to discuss further action to retrieve my money

the Choice hotel.com website and enter their information for a reservation to arrive at the hotel on 6/12/17 for one night.   The consumer ID [redacted] never show up on the night of 6/12/17 on our Choice Website if anyone makes a reservation there is a complete page that shows the arrival date with Name of Consumer with details of personal information,on the bottom of the reservation page there is a HOTEL ALERTS section, that has the shuttle information and the Cancellation Policy, stating that you may cancel their reservation free of charge until the day before arrival by 4:00pm eastern standard time. When all reservations are completed then you will see the GUARANTEE POLICY;which states rooms are held until 7:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date. It statesif you do not arrive and do not cancelyour reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charge 1night's stay plus tax. We have attached a copy of a reservation made by on our Choice Hotel website showing our cancellation policy,on page one the date of arriva l,on page two highlighted in yellow,you will find the cancellation policy, on the last page the guarantee policy stated as above; unfortunately,Comfort Suites does not have a same day cancellation policy.   When the consumer called the hotel for a refund for the no show it was three days later 6/15/17 to try to get a refund on the credit card used to make the reservation on Choice hotel website, we explain our hotel no show policy and the 24 hours cancellation policy, we could not refund the credit card. Consumer called Choice on the same day of their arrival date, unfortunately,because of the 24 hours cancellation policy we could not accommodate . Sincerely,General Manager

Guest Made the reservation for hotel room through “parksleepfly.com” an online website portal and they charge a fee on guest card which may be $25.00 per reservation.Guest got a guaranteed room booked at the hotel for 1 night and parking for 10 days. Hotel was not able to cancel the room...

because of 24hrs cancellation policy. Hotel hold the room and loose revenue that's why hotel charge their share of$83.77 plus tax  ($98.01 total) as per hotel policy on which guest agrees upon while making the reservation Charges from the hotel are legitimate.
