I am rejecting this response because:This statement A-West Nails made is clearly untrue, I have photographed my nails. The cuts were not minor scratches, also I did inform the tech of her cutting me the first time and she yanked my hand forward and ignored my concern. Secondly, I got up because she continued with poor service. Also in the pictures you can clearly see the acrylic passed my nails on my cuticle and on my skin. I am not going into your salon again, I prefer the refund to be professionally mailed to me, as I do not feel comfortable going into your rude environment. I have also had nail service throughout my life and I have never had such tramatic service!
