A Wild Orchid Florist

On Feb. 6th 2012 I ordered a deluxe radiant red tulip arrangement to be delivered to my wife on valentines day. I payed extra for delivery on valentines day. On valentines day the flowers were delivered after normal business hours around 6:30 pm and the arrangement was the worst example of professional craftmanship I have ever seen from a florist in my life. My wife sent me a picture of the flowers with in 10 minutes of them being delivered and I was shocked that some one actually thought it was a good idea to deliver a representation of their company that was of such low quality. In addition to being very poor quality they were half of what I ordered. I started trying to contact this company around 3 pm on valentines day to see why the flowers had not been delivered and repeatedly tried until 5 pm with no answer. I have sent this business and email requesting a resolution to this issue with no answer. I called the company 5 times today with no answer.
