TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: COMPLAINT ID*** OCTOBER 12, 2017 ON OR ABOUT JULY 31, *** ***
CAME TO A-WILLIAMSON TIRE COREQUESTING AN OIL CHANGE FOR HIS TOYOTA TUNDRA, THE CUSTOMER BROUGHT HIS OWN OIL AND FILTER. WHEN THE WORKER WAS WORKING ON THIS CUSTOMER TRUCK IN ORDER TO DO THE OIL CHANGE, HE FOUND OUT THAT THE OIL FILTER CAP WON’T COME OUTWHILE HE WAS TRYING TO TAKE IT OUT THE CAP CRAKED AND THE CAP DIDN’T COME OUT THE OWNER LETTED THE CUSTOMER KNOW ABOUT IT AND SHOWED TO HIM THE PROBLEM. AFTER WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER AND SHOWED HIM THAT THE CAP IS TOO TIGHT AND IT’S NOT COMING OUT. THE OWER OF THE SHOP EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE HAVE TO PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE TO TRY TO TAKE IT OUT AND THAT MIGHT CAUSE OTHER DAMAGES TO THE WHOLE FILTER ASSAMBLYTHAT’S THE ONLY WAY TO TAKE OUT THE OIL FILTER CAP BECAUSE WHOEVER DID THE OIL CHANGE BEFORE US, OVER TIGHT THE CAP. WE SPENT ANOTHER MINUTES IN FRONT OF THE OWNER’S TRUCK TRYING TO TAKE THE CAP OUT AND HE SAW AND HE KNEW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. AFTER WE TOOK IT OUT, WE CALLED DIFFERENT AUTOPARTS TO FIND THE PART AND REPLACE IT BUT THEY DIDN’T HAVE ITTHE ONLY PLACE HAD IT WAS THE DEALER, SO THE OWNER OFFERED THE PICK UP SERVICE TRUCK TO THE CUSTOMER TO GO HIMSELF AND PICK UP THE PART BECAUSE WE DON’T PICK UP PARTS AND WE WERE SHORT OF TIME, WE WERE ABOUT TO CLOSEHE ACCEPTED BUT WHEN HE WENT INSIDE THE OFFICE AND HE TALKED TO HIS WIFE, HE CHANGED HIS MIND AND CAME BACK TO THE SHOP AND TOLD THE OWNER THAT HIS WIFE WANTED TO TALK TO HIM SO, THE OWNER WENT INSIDE THE OFFICE AND THE CUSTOMER’S WIFE TOLD HIM THAT WE BROKE THE CAP AND WE HAVE TO GO GET IT AND CHANGE IT ON OUR COST.THE OWNER TOLD HER THAT HER HUSBAND KNOW THAT WE DIDN’T BROKE IT AND HE SAW THE PROBLEM THEY HAVE IN THE TRUCKAFTER THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO GIVING TO THE OWNER HER CELL PHONE TO TALK TO HER GRAND FATHER AND THE OWNER TOLD HER THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO TALK TO THE HER FAMILY ABOUT THIS OIL CHANGE, HE SAID THAT HE IS GOING TO DEAL WITH THE PERSON THAT BROUGHT THE TRUCK FOR OIL CHANGE.AFTER THAT THE CUSTOMER THREW THE KEY ON THE DESK IN A RUDE WAY AND THEY CALLED SOMEBODY TO PICK THEM UP.NEXT DAY AT 7:AM THE OWNER SHOWED UP TO WORK, HE FOUND CARS IN FRONT OF HIS SHOP WITH PEOPLE OR MORE OUTSIDE THE CARS WAITINGTHE OWNER OPENED THE SHOP AND HE CAME INSIDE THE OFFICE, A LADY FOLLOWED HIM INSIDE THE OFFICE AND SHE TOLD HIM THAT SHE IS THE MOM FOR THE PERSON WHO CAME YESTERDAY FOR THE OIL CHANGE AND SHE TOLD THE OWNER IN A RUDE WAY WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO WITH THE OIL CHANGE.HE TOLD HER IF YOU DIDN’T BRING THE CAP, WE ARE GOING TO ORDER IT AND CHANGE IT FOR YOU. SHE SAID THAT SHE BOUGHT IT FOR $ AND SHE TOLD THE OWNER THAT SHE WANTS THE TIRE SHOP TO PAY FOR IT AND FOR THE OIL CHANGE.AT THAT POINT, THE OWNER DECIDED TO CALL THE FORT WORTH POLICEAFTER THE POLICE SHOWED UP, ONE CAR LEFT WHEN THEY SAW THE POLICE OFFICERTHE OWNER EXPLAINED TO THE POLICE OFFICER WHAT HAPPENED AND HE TOLD THIS OFFICERS THAT THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE OIL CHANGE AND FOR HOUR LABOR BECAUSE IT’S NOT OUR FAULT, IT’S WHOEVER WORK ON THIS CAR BEFORE TO DO OIL CHANGE.AND THE POLICE OFFICER TOLD THEM TO PAY EVERYTHING WE DID IN FULL.AT THE END, THE OWNER JUST CHARGED THEM $FOR THE OIL CHANGE AND LET THEM GO WITH OUT PAYING THE $LABOR

I had wrecked my car and brought it in for what I thought new tires and an alignment would fix. This company gladly sold me 3 new tires (I already had one new one), they also did the alignment with "no problem", they gladly took $400 cash and told me that a part needed to be repaired but they didn't have it in stock, I asked if my car was safe to drive, the guy said "yes", he did explain and show me a picture of the tires and how I still had red on the alignment page. However, on my way back home as I'm pulling into my apartment complex, I hear a awful grinding sound, I then find out, if I step on the brakes and turn left I get that grinding sound. The shop didn't tell me anything needed to be repaired until after they did the alignment and put the tires on - which is what I thought is all the car needed, now my brakes grind, I cannot turn left, the front left tire (which I bought new from them) is quickly getting wear and tear from rubbing.I called the shop, they told me that they didn't know of the problem since they don't test drive the car after putting tires or doing an alignment - ... Did they not have to drive it out of the bay? The shop owner hung up on me, was very rude as well.
