I am rejecting this response because: First of its illegal to an e Windows tinted in California why provide service ?And second they used a blade to cut the window tint the reason I know this company is lying is because I went to other shops around my city Nd every shop I went to indicated that they use a blade to cut out the shape of the window So there is no way that they cut out the tint with out using a blade the fact that this place piss starting that the damage was there is unacceptable.and I k ow for a fact my car was not in damaged before I took it inThey did the damage and I just want the girl who did my window know that I know she's lying I know I won't get my money back and I know they won't pay for the damaged because they keep denying the damageAnd matter of fact the girl scraTchedd the tint on my window while it being installed S FAR AS ILEGAL WHY PROVIDE these services in CaliforniaAs far as a receipt they electronically texted me the copy so I did ask for a receipt and I have the proof to show it
