A number of months ago, I ordered a golf video from *** *** (see below I pasted from the site)i thought this was a ONE TIME PURCHASE OF A GOLF VIDEOI did not realize that I had inadvertently signed up for a monthly fee of $a month from Golf Tailor for other on line lessons which they have been charging me for many months I never received an email from Golf Tailor about any of this and just recently noticed it on my credit card When I contacted them about the charges, they indicated that there was language in the email site indicating that I had signed up and was responsible for the monthly fee If there was, I did not see it, and find it unscrupulous that they never sent me an email after I got the initial video describing the services or anything of this natureI never visited the web site as I had no idea I had signed up for the monthly charges When I discussed this with them by phone, they basically told me I had signed up and that I was out of luck! Great way to

I ordered a wedge priced at $a year ago I received the golf club and was charged $and $US per month since then I have no idea what this charge is for and requests to cancel are not being heard

I just noticed a monthly charge on my credit card from Golf Tailor LLC that has been traced back months to a purchase of Tewell Time instruction video I recall receiving the video and then getting bombarded by emails from this company After a few months (~3), I unsubscribed from the emails It turns out this did not cancel this negative marketing trick - one in which you are automatically op'd-in to a recurring charge - which is buried deep in the pages fine print This is clearly a deceptive advertising practice OK, maybe one could fault me for not checking my credit card statement but this experience leaves me sorely disappointed enough to warn all customers of this company's deceptive advertising practice

Near the end of April, I purchased a C3i wedge from Golf Tailor, LLC, which they promptly shipped to me via UPS SurePost (UPS ground to a local U.SPost Office) When tracking the shipment at UPS, I noted its arrival in the city (in Arizona) where I live, and UPS noted that they had turned it over to USPS for delivery to my residence However, the golf club never arrived at my home, so I contacted Support at Golf Tailor, LLC, to notify them that I never received the club They informed me that when I ordered the club I had failed to enter a complete shipping address, which made it impossible for USPS to make the delivery I gave them the address information that I had omitted, and the gentleman in Support informed me that they would immediately ship another club to me at no cost to me Since it was my error, though no fault of Golf Tailor, LLC., I argued that I should at the very least pay for the shipping cost of the second shipment, but the gentleman kindly informed me that my offer would not be accepted Shortly thereafter I received my new C3i wedge I thought that the way that Golf Tailor, LLC, treated me on this transaction was worth a shout out Bill H :-)

I purchased a Hank Haney golf instruction videoSeveral months later my wife discovered credit card charge we did not agree toI contacted Golf Tailor about this, they said I should have been receiving email confirmations which I did notThey refused to refund my moneyWhen I Googled Golf tailor to try figure out the credit card chargegolf tailor scam popped up in the seachI guess I'm not the first one to get hooked!

A few years back I made a purchase of an FSS deg wedge with the dog leg hostle I placed the order and they then deducted the cost from my CC account. Then they told me that it was not in stock and was several weeks awayAfter many exchange emails the club finally arrived and they claimed that they had shipped it off (to Australia) and I should get it in weeksIt never arrived and as they did not supply me with a tracking number I could never find out if it was ever sentSeveral emails were exchanged and the club still did not arriveI had some interaction with the manager (mrsDeb Oyler) who promised me that they would send another club and to her credit it finally arrived about months after my order was originally placed and paid forNow I see on the website that there is a you beaut C3i deg wedge available which I would like to purchase but if Golf Tailor are involved with it's supply I think I would not be prepared to risk itNot unless they were prepared to send first and get paid laterHA HA HA

I received Golf Tailors promotion video emailI don't know where they got my email address from but as I have always had trouble with bunkers, the C3i degwedge looked interestingI don't normally get sucked in by these type of sales pitches by email but after watching it several times I decided to give it a tryThe club arrived at my home in Australia fairly quickly and I couldn't wait to get out on my course to try itIt does everything they claim and since using it I have become the best bunker player in my regular playing groupThey tease me by saying it must be an illegal clubI am so happy with it that I have ordered an iRT-Hybrid as I have difficulty getting elevation with fairway woods and hybridsLooking forward to receiving it to try as my C3i has taken several shots off my handicap

I bought two clubs recently from Golf Tailor, the GX-which I did not like and after using it for rounds of golf and a few hundred range ***, I contacted them for the 100% money back guarantee They provided me with instructions via email on how to return it
I followed their instructions and days after they received my club back the money was put back onto my credit card no questions ask
On the second club, the iS-iron training club, I love what the club does, but the red end pockets keep coming out so I contacted them and they said they would send me a new club and after I receive it just send my old one back I decided not to return it as shipping was about $and I can buy a lot of glue to keep repairing it
For me all of my dealings have been positive
their customer service has been professional and willing to help me

A scam....somewhere hidden in the fine print ( I ordered on line and did not notice) there must be a clause that you will be charged a monthly fee of $for whatever...I just wanted the book and not a monthly charge for what service they pretend to offer Look at the reviews on Amazon and you will see what I am talking about...I just noticed on my Visa bill the charge and went back several months and yes it was there every month...do not buy the book, video! Shame on the Revdex.com for their rating

I purchased a video from the company in July for $ Unbeknownst to me they enrolled me in some "club" and began charging me $a month for lesson videos they were emailing to me I did not look at these emails, simply deleted them, thinking they were more of the same unsolicited golf emails I receive on a daily basis I just realized in looking at my credit card statement that they have been charging me $a month for one year

I ordered a (poor quality) golf instruction video for my wife and wound up inadvertently putting myself on the hook for $monthly "consulting" feesI squandered a couple of hundred dollars on my AMEX account before I finally discovered this swindleI feel that I fell victim to deceptive marketingThese people are con artistsI believe the Revdex.com should pursue a class action against them

AFTER PURCHASING A DVD FROM GOLF TAYLOR http://www.golftailor.com/I WAS AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN A DAY FREE LESSON TRIAL THAT DEBITED MY AMEX WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE SINCE THEN THE HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT (16) TIMES THEY ARE LISTED ON THE RIPOFF REPORT (10) TIMES http://www.ripoffreport.com/ FOR THE SAME SCAM

I have been scammed just like all the other bad reviews, I too purchased a DVD thinking that was it but no they kept on billing me $a month for six months nowI finally figured out this is something I did not order and alerted my credit card companyThe owners of this business should have to go to jailThey ripped off $in six months and I hope my credit card cowill be able to back charge them for this fraudI can't say enough about how mad I am with these crooksPlease don't buy anything from these reprobates
